Warranty policy:
1. We offerΒ 1 Year Shoe Warranty,
2. Water damage claim will not be entertained.
3. Shoes will be repaired within 7-10 days incase any issue arrises.
Exchange :Β
1) Shoe size can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. ( ONLY IF NOT USED)
2) Shoe article can also be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

No exchange, refund, or claims will be accepted on sale or promotional items, with discounts of up to 70%.
Exchange on regular-priced items is allowed within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
Trend Lad reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments. If the order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.
Used products are not eligible for exchange, or claims.
For items purchased during a flat 50% to 70% sale, customers are responsible for both-way delivery charges if an exchange is requested.
